Something I realized, all of the Cardigans videos to promote their album "Gran Turismo" end with them getting killed:

Haunted Web

A recent post on the Yahoo home page about "real life hauntings" inspired me to compile some links of all things haunted on the web.

What is a ghost? Follow that link to get a short history of ghosts and spirits and how they appear in history, popular culture, and even the bible. After that, read up on all things "Supernatural" or "beyond nature".

Since the election is coming up, read up on the hauntings at the White House. Apparitions of the home of the most powerful people of the Western hemisphere include Abraham Lincoln, to Dorothy Madison who oversaw and now haunts the lawn rose garden.

From Chicago? Here's a listing of hauntings in the Chicago area:

Resurrection Mary, whom haunts Justice, IL. Who "Mary" is varies, but her apparition can be seen walking by the cemetery.

The Hull House, on the UIC campus in Chicago, IL where stories of a Devil baby and various hauntings spurned Jane Addams to write her novel: The Long Road of Woman's Memory.

The Polish Museum of America, in Chicago, IL Haunted by the benevolent and mischievous ghost of Ignace Paderewski.

2122 North Clark Street in Chicago, the site of the Feb 14th St. Valentines Day Massacre.

Or get a full list of reportedly haunted locations in all over the world.

Varsity Blues

When is a football game is a big of a mismatch? When the score reaches 91-0? Yikes. Read about it here.

Potent Quotable: "Hey," offered Estero defensive line coach Pat Hayes after the one-sided affair, "I didn't even know 91 was a multiple of seven."
